Our nationwide In-Field Promo Database consists of 30,000 brand ambassadors, tour managers, in-market managers, product specialists and event emcees, ready to interact with your consumers and deliver the creative content your brand has developed.
In-Field operates as an in-house extension of your marketing team. We consult with our partners on all staffing logistics: from size and scope, training, staff breaks, operations flow and onsite event management.
We believe in recruiting diverse candidates and offering competitive pay rates, to ensure our clients are well represented. Brand Ambassadors and Event Mangers are hired as “variable hour” W-2 employees, adhering to all local and state labor and tax laws.
